High Performance Sport

Master of High Performance Sport interns can provide value to professional sports organisations in a range of sport science areas including strength and conditioning, performance analysis, nutrition, sports management, recovery, and injury prevention.

The UTS model of learning equips students with the technical and critical analysis skills required to decipher data sets and research in these high performance roles. Students also develop effective communication and reflective skills needed to build relationships, collaborate and provide productive solutions to other high-performance professionals.

Master of High Performance Sport students benefit from internship experiences as they facilitate growth and application of practical skills and develop an understanding of how to operate and innovate in athletic environments.

If you would like to discuss how our high performance sport interns can add value to your organisation, please reach contact the Work Integrated Learning team at Sport.Placements@uts.edu.au. The team can recommend suitable students (our students have varied levels of experience and interests) that fit your needs and the student’s professional goals.
