NEO may be temporarily down, and we're doing our best to get it online again.

It's also possible you're using the wrong link for where you are right now. The links are different if you are on campus, or dialling in remotely.

Off-campus

First, go to the UTS VPN and sign in using your staff ID and password. Then choose the NEO tile from the list of available options.
