Academic Background and Work Experience: 

Ziqian obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from RMIT University (Melbourne, 2014 - 2016) and joined in UTS Finance Honours Program in 2020. Her honours thesis lies in both corporate governance and market microstructure areas.

Prior to attending the PhD studies, she worked as a research assistant at UTS and built her research skills both qualitatively and quantitatively. Her research interest is in the area of Chinese capital markets, with a focus on RMB internationalisation.
