UTS policies support how we work, learn and engage at UTS.

Policies at UTS

We develop and review our policies with our community in mind. Through our policies, we aim to make it easier for staff, students and the wider UTS community to understand their roles and responsibilities and engage with UTS.

Our policies are managed by the Policy Framework and Policy Management Procedure.

We review our policies regularly. This is to meet UTS requirements, external obligations and in response to community feedback. Visit Community engagement.

Finding policies

UTS policies are publicly available documents. Some procedures and other related documents are restricted to staff and are published at Corporate governance (staff only, SharePoint).

What's new in policies?

Visit What's new in policies? to see all recently published policies, policies under review or development, and upcoming reviews or developments. All policies under review or scheduled for review are current and enforceable until they are replaced, updated or rescinded.

Community engagement

Be part of policy review or development

We welcome UTS community engagement in our policy review and development process.

Staff and students are encouraged to provide feedback. Visit What’s new in policies? for policies under review or development.

If you wish to participate in one of our policy projects, contact the Policy Manager for information on how you can be involved.

Alternatively, you can find more information at How we develop and review policies (staff only, SharePoint).
