Australian Institute of Building, NSW Chapter Medal

The Australian Institute of Building, NSW Chapter Medal was established in 1987 and the aim of the award is to encourage academic excellence in the Construction course.

The award is sponsored by The Australian Institute of Building (AIB), who has a long and proud history of supporting and serving the building profession. For more than fifty years AIB has worked within the building and construction industry, government and the education sector.

The prize consists of an inscribed AIB medal, AIB Certificate and Invitation for 2 to attend the AIB Black Tie Event for NSW Chapter's Professional Excellence in Building Awards, where this award will also be presented in the presence of industry leaders.

Who is eligible?

Graduating students from the Bachelor of Construction are eligible for this prize.

Selection process

The prize is awarded to the graduating student who obtains the highest weighted average mark over the whole Bachelor of Construction course.
