Mindfulness morning
ActivateUTS, in collaboration with UTS Startups, is running an on-campus and virtual Mindfulness Morning to provide a forum to advocate for mental health and wellbeing while also facilitating new connections.
2020 hasn't been the year that any of us expected. If you are a UTS Student (especially in your first year), we understand how important peer to peer connection and the development of new friendships are to your overall on-campus experience and initiation into university life.
We are proud to be working with ActivateUTS during the UTS Startups festival during the month of September. We'll be running an on-campus and virtual Mindfulness Morning session to provide a forum to advocate for mental health and wellbeing while also facilitating peer to peer connections.

If you're not a student but still want to join in, or you can't make it in person, join us via zoom - our ActivateUTS Club Executives will be hosting similar activities in breakout rooms.
The first 15 mins will begin with a mindfulness meditation session led by one of ActivateUTS' Wellbeing Representatives.
During the on-campus event, tables and stations will be setup to facilitate the following activities:
- International and Organic teas set up at a table (properly socially distanced of course) to facilitate conversation, lead by our international societies
- Art Therapy/Colouring In with our drawing/art societies
