Palliative Care

Palliative care supports the physical and emotional needs of patients living with life-limiting illnesses, and their families. It is a core component of almost every clinical discipline in the healthcare sector. Registered health professionals should study palliative care at a postgraduate level to extend their knowledge, acquire critical decision-making and leadership skills and build their clinical performance capabilities.
