Knowledge, learning and analytics
Explore how knowledge management can link with corporate learning and development through analytics.
Corporate Learning and Development (L&D) has traditionally focused on classroom-based based learning but that is changing. Employees need information and performance coaching in real time where they are doing their jobs. Increasingly it overlaps with the techniques and capabilities of Knowledge Management (KM) to improve individual and collective performance. Tying this all together are the emerging analytic capabilities that make this performance improvement measurable, visible and manageable.
In this session, we will cover how:
- L&D is changing within organisations.
- KM and L&D can enrich each other.
- Analytics can be harnessed by both to drive better outcomes.
