Governance support
Corporate governance, within the Governance Support Unit, provides governance support and advice to the university’s decision-making bodies and officers, and ensures that all governance is aligned with the regulatory framework.

Student complaints resolution
Students at UTS can make a complaint about their learning experience and teaching and learning environment. The Student Complaints Resolution Office (SCRO) is responsible for capturing information about complaints and helping to resolve them.
