Hongbo Guo

Hongbo is a PhD candidate at the Department of Economics, Faculty of Business, University of Technology Sydney. His research interests cover Sustainability, Statistics and Econometrics. Hongbo is interested in building complex statistical models that can be used to solve sustainability and energy demand problems, and in building "perfect models" to solve real-life problems that he finds appealing.

He is also interested in improving models through machine learning techniques, such as measuring the impact of uncertainty on the Economy.
