Human Resources (HR) at UTS plays a pivitol role in strategic leadership and operational implementation of human resources strategies relating to the attraction, retention, development and wellbeing of our people. 

Working in collaboration with University management and staff we enable our people to maximise our organisational performance and achieve UTS's vision to be a world-leading university of technology.

  • strategy development - supporting UTS's success and sustainability through our people
  • organisational culture and capabilities - defining, developing and reinforcing our values and promoting UTS
  • partnering with managers on managing people, performance and change
  • supporting staff and supervisors with information and advice
  • providing specialist HR advice and services
  • tracking organisation and staff performance and developing plans and strategies
