In line with UTS' commitment to internationalisation, AAII supports three joint Research Centres with prestigious Chinese universities (all of which are listed on the UTS website under International Partner Institutions).

UTS–Shanghai University

CAI_Shanghai University

Joint Research Centre for Wise Information Systems

The joint research centre for Wise Information Systems between UTS and Shanghai University (SHU) seeks to establish long term and sustainable research collaboration between the two institutions in the wise information systems research area to benefit both universities. The joint research centre will also strengthen research training for research students in both institutions, as the students will have comprehensive research supervision from experienced research academics from both universities.

UTS–Shanghai Jiao Tong University

SJTU

Joint Research Centre for Intelligent Systems

The joint research centre for intelligent systems between UTS and Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) seeks to establish long term and sustainable research collaboration between the two institutions in the intelligent system research area to benefit both universities. The joint research centre will also strengthen research training for research students in both institutions, as the students will have comprehensive research supervision from experienced research academics from both universities.

UTS–Beijing Institute of Technology

BIT

Joint Research Centre for Data Mining and Service Technology

The joint centre seeks to establish long term and sustainable research collaboration between UTS and Beijing Institute of Technology in the data mining and service technology areas to benefit both universities. The joint centre will also strengthen research training for research students in both institutions, as the students will have comprehensive research supervision from experienced research academics from both universities.

UTS–Huazhong University of Science and Technology

HUST

Joint Research Centre for Cyber-Physical Authentication

The joint research centre will establish world-first technological capability, combining UTS' advanced machine learning software with Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST)'s cutting-edge sensing and tagging hardware, to dramatically boost global government and industry attempts to combat fraud, and counterfeit currency and products.

UTS encourages development of joint research centres with international partner intitutions. Read more about the UTS commitment to internationalisation.
