• Accepting your Early Entry Program provisional offer

  To accept this offer, you will need to provide some documents to UTS:

  • Completed and signed provisional offer acceptance form
  • Passport ID page
  • Proof of payment (Flywire payment ID, bank draft or bank cheque)
  • Financial guarantee letter (for sponsored students, if applicable)
  • Scholarship acceptance form (if applicable)
  • International Under 18 Accommodation and Welfare Arrangement Form (if applicable)

  Please return all required acceptance documents to reps@uts.edu.au.

  Alternatively, you can drop off your acceptance documents at the International Student Centre on campus or send them by mail to:

  You are required to accept your offer by the due date listed in your provisional offer letter.

  Payment methods

  You can pay your fees by using either of the following methods:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) via third party Flywire – our preferred method of payment. You will need to accept Flywire’s Terms of Use.
  • Bank draft or bank cheque drawn on a bank in Australia and made payable to the 'University of Technology Sydney'. If you make a payment using this method, please submit the original bank draft or bank cheque with your full name and student number clearly written on the back, in-person or by mail.

  Please note:

  • If you are under 18 years of age, special conditions apply to accepting your offer. Find out more about welfare arrangements for students under 18 at UTS.
  • If you decide not to enrol after accepting your offer you may incur a financial penalty. For further information please refer to the Protocol on refund of fees for international students and the UTS Release Protocol.
