ServiceConnect is the first point of contact for students for IT Support and Audio Visual Services. It has two main functions
- An online knowledge base with self-service instructions to provide specific help for common queries such as connecting to wireless.
- ServiceConnect, where you can submit a support request, including booking of audio visual equipment.
