Rescinded policies
The Competitive Neutrality and Pricing Policy was rescinded by Council on 15 October 2025. Statements on competitive neutrality have been incorporated into the Commercial Activities Policy and the Commercial Activities Management Procedure effective from 22 October 2025.
The Concerning Behaviour Intervention Policy was rescinded by the Vice-Chancellor on 15 December 2025. This was replaced by the new Concerning Behaviour Assessment and Intervention Policy effective from 18 December 2025.
The Offshore Policy was rescinded by Council (COU/25-4/83). This was replaced by the new Offshore Activities Policy effective from 20 August 2025.
The Publishing on the UTS Website Policy was rescinded by the Vice-Chancellor on 30 June 2025. This was replaced by the new Website Policy effective from 9 July 2025.
The Sexual Harm Prevention and Response Policy was rescinded by the Vice-Chancellor on 26 November 2025. This was replaced by the new Gender-based Violence Prevention and Response Policy and the Gender-based Violence Response Procedure effective from 18 December 2025.
