The Climate Change Cluster (C3) supports undergraduate students in environmental science, marine biology and biotechnology subjects.
Undergraduate
Honours students
An honours year is a great way to enhance your research skills and improve your future job/career prospects. If you have consistently scored a credit average in the second and third years of your undergraduate study, and are interested in working on a C3 project within the environmental sciences, we're interested in talking to you.
Students who wish to complete an honours project with C3 as part of their Bachelor of Science (Honours) Environmental Science, should first:
- Check their eligibility.
- Identify a potential supervisor and project from the C3 Members and Research Programs pages
- Consult the UTS Science page on enrolling in Honours

Undergraduate degrees
C3 undertakes and integrated research program which means that researchers directly teach into UTS Science comprehensive degree programs in environmental science, marine biology and biotechnology.
Within UTS Science, undergraduate degree programs offer short-term placements (as a 6 credit point subject) with C3 researchers to develop lab-based practical skills. Contact ClimateChangeCluster@uts.edu.au for more information.
