Mindfulness and meditation
Join the Multi-faith Chaplaincy in this 50 minute mindfulness session including a short meditation.
In this session there will be a discussion of the importance of mindfulness practices as a part of your mental and spiritual wellbeing from a faith-based perspective. This session will also include a short guided meditation.
We've invited Chaplains from the Multifaith Chaplaincy to discuss how they approach mindfulness from their perspectives, giving all students an opportunity to experience aspects of these traditions.
