There are six conferral rounds per year (when you officially become a UTS graduate!) and two graduation ceremony seasons per year (in Autumn and Spring). Graduands are invited to attend graduation ceremonies based on the date they are conferred.

February

4 February 2026:

  • Last day to lodge a Correction of Name application form (February conferral).
  • Last day to pay outstanding fees, debts or library fines owed to UTS and to return library books (February conferral).
  • Last day to resolve all pending sanctions (February conferral).
  • Last day for students to have a course status of ‘Passed’ reflected in My Student Admin (February conferral).

11 February 2026: 

March

18 March 2026:

  • Last day to lodge a Correction of Name application form (March conferral).
  • Last day to pay outstanding fees, debts or library fines owed to UTS and to return library books (March conferral).
  • Last day to resolve all pending sanctions (March conferral).
