We're different from other providers

  • Tangible upskilling creates immediate impact

We incorporate the latest academic insights and leading industry practice into our upskilling programs. We design learning activities, tools and techniques that enable learners to apply knowledge and skills to specific, work-relevant scenarios.

Learners take away a set of tools and techniques which they continue to apply in their work practices. This leads to immediate change in attitudes and behaviours, creating a lasting impact for the learners, their teams and the organisation.

  • Progressive mastery fosters upskilling

Effective learning requires sustained engagement with new concepts, tools and techniques. Our programs incorporate the principle of progressive mastery.

This method ensures engagement and development of learners’ skills through learning experiences that build upon and extend their skills. This enables participants to develop a sense of achievement and self-efficacy which further support their motivation to learn.

Our methods

  • Building of momentum for continuing self-development beyond the program or course

  • Developing relationships between learners through shared language, models and tools

  • Building on what learners already know

  • Adjusting levels of challenge to current competence

  • Breaking tasks into digestible chunks of experience and knowledge

  • Supporting learners with frequent, targeted feedback from our facilitators as well as peers

We're client-centric and agile

  • Highly-collaborative partnerships

In order to work effectively and efficiently with clients, we build highly collaborative partnerships.

Our aim is to be the trusted advisor for our clients and support them throughout the whole process of planning, designing, delivering and evaluating upskilling programs.

  • In the discovery phase, we work with clients to understand their needs, the outcomes they seek to achieve and to define the measures of success, ensuring that learners are at the centre of the process.

  • In the co-development phase, we develop personalised learning journeys through the contextualisation of content, activities and impact measures.

In the delivery phase, we adapt content and activities just-in-time based on the evolving needs of learners.

  • Agile methodology

We use agile methodology to respond flexibly to clients’ changing needs and requirements.

  • We use agile methodology guaranteeing a seamless and successful delivery of services for clients. We use an agile alpha, beta and final review cycle to enable you and your stakeholders to provide feedback efficiently and effectively on the content, activities, and the learner experience. Post review cycle, we work with clients to ensure all program components are aligned with their expectations.

  • We are proactive in the identification, diagnosis and remediation of issues. Existing clients recognize that, compared to other providers, our people and our processes are very agile and responsive from the beginning of the co-design process to the evaluations and handover. Our relationships with clients include the ongoing provision of program updates and advice when requested.
