

Amanda McGregor, Director Strategic PartnershiPS, GAICD
Amanda is the Director of Strategic Partnerships, a member of the executive and leads the partnerships team in UTS Transdisciplinary School. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors program.
She leads the five person partnerships team who work across a spectrum of undergraduate, post-graduate, short course, microcredentials, enterprise learning, research and global programs.
Over seven years Amanda has grown the partner ecosystem between UTS and industry, government, community, SME and start-up sectors to support transdisciplinary teaching, learning and research. Partners are central to transdisciplinary thinking – bringing the professional lens and practice, and importantly the real-world complex challenges to which our students apply their learning. During this time, the team has amassed a partner network of 2000 individuals from 900 organisation, and TD School has achieved a 93% employment rate for BCII graduates within the first 12 months of graduating from the course.
Amanda is passionate about building learning partnerships of mutual value, and forging innovative programs and sustainable partnerships between education and industry.

Gemma Thompson, Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Partnerships Manager
Gemma brings over 20 years’ experience in the higher education sector to her role as the Work Integrated Learning Partnerships Manager at TD School. She is passionate about enhancing student learning by building strong connections with innovative and forward-thinking industry partners. Gemma integrates hands-on experiences into the curriculum, ensuring that students gain the practical skills and insights essential for their successful careers. She identifies and leverages new trends and opportunities, fostering collaborations that benefit both our talented students and valued industry stakeholders. Her commitment to practical learning and community engagement keeps TD School at the forefront of educational innovation.

Francine Crimmins, program and partnerships Manager
Francine oversees partnership engagement across the pan-UTS TD Electives Program. Francine enjoys fostering connections with industry that empower our undergraduate students to tackle real-world challenges and harness professional opportunities throughout their university studies. Melanie Indratheb, Program and Partnerships MANAGER: SHORT COURSES & INTERNATIONAL

Mel leads short courses, microcredentials, executive training and enterprise learning for TD School. Dedicated to lifetime learning, Melanie enjoys connecting individuals, organisations and companies with transdisciplinary ways of thinking and innovating. Alongside TD School’s Director of International, Mel supports the school’s global strategy by engaging with international partners to deliver transdisciplinary offerings worldwide.

Eliane supports the multi-year industry partnerships in the TD Electives program, in addition to assisting with short courses and micro-credentials for Transdisciplinary School. Having completed a Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation, Eliane is enthusiastic about the importance of, and value generated through student engagement with industry, community and government partners.
Passionate about building connections, Eliane is interested in fostering mutually beneficial partnerships which provide students with collaborative opportunities to harness transdisciplinary thinking for real-world impact.

Corina is responsible for partner engagement, events and relationship management in the TD School Partnerships team, supporting UTS’ Transdisciplinary School undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. With over six years of diverse experience across client services, strategy consulting, tech and media, she innately understands how meaningful beneficial partnerships can create tangible value and opportunities for all involved parties. Corina is passionate about enriching education by connecting industry challenges with academic learning, equipping students with hands-on learning opportunities that inspire growth and innovation.
