Prepare to explore the country of your major and spend the following 12 months overseas. 

Typical study program

Autumn/First session: April-August

  • Depart for and commence In-Country Study and Field Work Project 1
  • Begin your study at the partner university 
  • Embark on your In-country study projects/assessments with your supervisor and receive a visit from your In-country study Major Coordinator while overseas
    Note: In some cases this visit will occur during the second session

Spring/Second session: August-October

  • Commence In-Country Study and Field Work Project 2
  • Continue your study at your partner university
  • Continue with your In-country study projects/assessments with your supervisor
  • Complete an online Student Feedback Survey (SFS) for In-country study and field work project 1
