What you’ll study

This course can be completed in two years full-time or four years part-time. The majority of your program will consist of core units, where you'll build critical capabilities and knowledge of both Property Development and Planning. 
 
You'll study subjects like planning and environmental law, urban design, finance and economics, spatial analysis, sustainable development, and property development and investment. Finally, you'll complete either a major project or a minor project and an elective of your choice, creating an original, research-backed planning exercise, giving you the hands-on experience highly regarded by industry.
