A river runs through I UTS Gallery

A river runs through presents major new work by Spence Messih exploring the entwined currents of water and gender. Through sculpture, print and film, the exhibition reflects on control, resistance and fragility, drawing connections between ecological vulnerability and contemporary experiences of gender.

When AI does the homework, are students still learning?

Artificial intelligence is reshaping education, raising urgent questions for students, teachers and families. Join Professor Leslie Loble AM and Eddie Woo for a Curiosities Live hybrid event exploring how AI is changing K-12 education, covering the opportunities, risks and strategies for genuine learning. Disruptive Methods brings together UTS researchers and collaborators from Brighton, Canberra, Edinburgh, New York and São Paulo for two days of critical inquiry, reimagining the tools, systems and methods through which we understand and shape the world. Expect roundtables, workshops, performances, a Data Salon and an HDR exhibition.
