How to apply
- Identify your proposed area of research, and potential supervisor/s. Future research students are encouraged to view the Faculty's:
- Make an enquiry to the Faculty. This helps us to connect you to a supervisor and start your application process.
- The Faculty’s research team will help guide you through this step.
Domestic students should follow the research degree application process outlined by the Graduate Research School.
International students should visit UTS International for comprehensive information on the application process, fees and English language requirements.

Applicants must submit a supplementary form (docx, 58kB) with the agreement of a supervisor from the Faculty to supervise the project.
How to develop your research proposal
You will need to submit a research proposal, outlining the project you wish to undertake for your degree. This should be undertaken in consultation with your potential supervisor and included along with your application.
