Alumni Benefits

A range of exclusive benefits and opportunities for UTS Business School alumni awaits.

Being part of the UTS Business School alumni community means being connected to lifelong learning opportunities, career and networking services and events, free access to the UTS Library and their online resources.

UTS alumni also automatically save 10% on further UTS postgraduate or undergraduate studies. Whether you wish to accelerate your path to promotion, change careers or expand your horizons, you can enjoy this benefit simply by enrolling in your chosen course.

Alumni Advantage (10% discount for UTS full degrees - exclusive for UTS alumni)

As a UTS graduate, you automatically get a 10% discount on UTS postgraduate programs and many short courses through our Alumni Advantage program.

We know that our graduates are always searching for new ways to expand their skills and knowledge, so if you’re looking to advance in your current industry, kickstart a career change or take the next step in your study, we'd love you to join us here at UTS again.

We offer many a range of study options, including:

  • Short courses (and free taster courses) that provide insight into specific topic areas relevant to your workplace.
  • Postgraduate courses that are industry-focused degrees designed by researchers at the forefront of their field.
  • Microcredentials that offer a deep dive into specific topic areas and allow you to build a ’stackable’ degree through credit point recognition.
  • 100% online courses delivered through an intuitive online platform with flexible learning options to suit your lifestyle, online, anytime, anywhere.

How do I access the 10% discount?

All you have to do is apply for the course you wish to study. If you're accepted into a course included in the Alumni Advantage program, the saving will appear as a 10% Alumni Discount in your enrolment invoice. Just make sure to check your course guide for eligibility before enrolling.

Please note: For alumni of antecedent institutions to UTS (pre-1988) we may need to verify your records before confirming your enrolment.

Who is eligible for the Alumni Advantage?

The Alumni Advantage Program is open to international and domestic alumni who have completed a degree course at UTS, including:

  • Undergraduate courses
    • all Bachelors (including Honours) and
    • combined degrees
  • Postgraduate courses including
    • Graduate Certificates
    • Graduate Diplomas or
    • Masters
  • Higher Degree Research including
    • PhD
    • Masters by research
  • Newly completed students who have not formally graduated but have completed all requirements for courses
  • Graduates of UTS antecedent institutions, including those who graduated during the transition period over to UTS (pre-1993). This includes those who completed Diploma-level degrees equivalent to (or should be considered as such given the passage of time) Bachelor-level degrees, as per the Australian Higher Education Australian Quality Framework (AQF).

Where can I find more information?
