This privacy notice covers how TD School Partnerships uses and manages information we collect from you, and how you can contact us about your information or how we communicate with you.

‘TD School Partnerships’ specifically refers to the partnerships team within UTS TD School which fosters industry relationships and builds our industry, government and community partner networks for engagement with TD School’s learning and research programs (joining the TD School’s Innovation Ecosystem).

This notice may be updated at any time and is available on the TD School Partnerships section of the UTS website.

What is being collected

TD School Partnerships collects personal information from you as outlined in the ‘collection purposes’ section below. Information collected may include your name, contact details, employer, job title, communication preferences and areas of interest. Information about your event attendance and course enrolment may also be recorded.

Collection purposes

Your information will be used to:

  • communicate with you and provide newsletters with TD School news, opportunities to engage with students, post-graduate course offerings, upcoming events, research and case studies
  • develop and provide communications that are more tailored, targeted, individualised and/or personalised to your preferences
  • support quality improvement and planning for future communications and events.

Disclosing your information

Separate from the use of service providers to support and communicate with you in line with this privacy notice, your information will not be disclosed without your consent unless a disclosure is required or permitted by law. Please note, your information may be stored overseas with service providers under contract with UTS. We will never sell your information to a third party.

Managing your information

You are able to make a request to access, correct, update or delete information held about you, or to make a complaint about how your information is being managed by contacting TD School Partnerships.

Unsubscribe options

We value our industry partners’ time and priorities, and understand that sometimes the engagements we share might not be the right fit, nor at the right time, for your organisation. You can contact us at any time to update your preferences and areas of interest, as well as unsubscribe from our communications following one of the two options below.

1. Temporary hold

If you wish to pause emails about a particular engagement or course offering from TD School Partnerships, you can contact our team at the email address below. Alternatively, you can follow the pause link provided in any of the communications you receive from TD School Partnerships and state your desired pause length.

2. Unsubscribe

To unsubscribe from all future communications from TD School Partnerships, please follow the unsubscribe link in any communication you receive from TD School Partnerships, or contact our team at the contact details below.
 
Please note: Both of the above options will not unsubscribe you from other UTS activity you have subscribed to.
