BIT Co-operative scholarship
The Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) Co-operative Scholarship Program attracts high-achieving IT students and is regarded as one of Australia’s leading IT programs.
Students are selected through a competitive process and are individually chosen for their management potential, motivation, self-direction, strong communication skills and academic excellence. They are students who are great team players as well as future leaders.
Women in engineering and IT scholarship
Our UTS Women in Engineering and IT Cooperative Scholarship is a four-year program that aims to attract, retain and develop Women in Engineering and IT. The scholarship incorporates, financial support, industry experience, mentoring, networking and leadership and professional development.

Optik is an inhouse consultancy, created to deliver authentic internship experiences, and to support students in underrepresented groups. Students experience a workplace environment, where they deliver results for client projects through academic and industry mentorship.

The UTS Industry Degree Academy (IDeA) Cadetship program is a proven, industry-backed program that’s unique to Sydney universities. Our annual Tech Festival showcase attracts over 1,500 attendees from industry, government and the community. About 250 student projects are on display each year, spanning everything from robotics and AI to renewable energy solutions and social impact. - Networking events
