Visit UTS
UTS hosts visits from overseas delegations and values the important opportunities to collaborate and build strong relationships with our international counterparts.
To meet with UTS International staff, please follow the process below. If you are planning to meet with a UTS Faculty and/or School, please liaise with your existing contact directly.
Register an international visit to UTS
To register an international visit to UTS, contact internationalrelations@uts.edu.au with the following details:
- Institution/organisation
- Delegation details including name, title, and positions.
- Date of proposed visit
- Time of proposed visit (morning or afternoon)
- Main purpose of visit
- Please provide any attachments in the email with further information to support your request.
Please consider the information below before you submit your request:
- Allow at least ten working days’ notice when requesting a visit to UTS
- Submission of a request form does not guarantee UTS will facilitate the visit (Due to a high volume of requests, each visit will be carefully considered. Not every visit can be accommodated)
- Proposals from travel agencies of a touring nature will be declined
- Think about when you would like to visit UTS in Australia and what you'd like to get out of your visit to UTS
- If possible, provide a list of all visitors in your group
- The duration of a visit may vary: half-day, full-day and week-long programs can be tailored to visitors’ interests, needs and objectives. Please indicate your preference in your submission.

All visitors to Australia must have a valid visa and this should be requested at least six weeks before your trip.
