UTS Gallery & Art Collection cares for and situates contemporary art in order to produce and hold knowledge, build shared understanding and make space for experimentation.
We welcome diverse audiences to engage with contemporary art through curated public exhibitions and related programs, learning resources, and publishing.

UTS Gallery & Art Collection is a member of the University Art Museums Australia (UAMA) membership organisation.
UTS Art Collection Policy
The UTS Art Collection Policy outlines the university’s framework for managing the acquisition, care and conservation of the UTS Art collection. The policy outlines UTS’s criteria for acquisitions, donations, loans and deaccessions.

UTS Gallery & Art Collection is a DGR registered organisation registered with the Australian Taxation Office. In-kind support is gratefully received and cash donations are tax deductible.
Offers of artworks to the UTS Art Collection are welcome, provided they meet the criteria outlined in the UTS Art Collection Policy. Donors may be eligible for tax benefits under the Australian Government’s Cultural Gifts Program and are encouraged to seek financial advice before discussing potential donations with the UTS Gallery & Art Collection Curator.
