First Nations Land Justice investigates land justice resurgences, incursions on the exercising of authority in Indigenous homelands and analyse the ongoing impacts of colonisation as climate crisis.
We partner with Indigenous custodians, land defenders, nations, organisations and on-Country practitioners in undertaking Indigenous led tactical investigations driven by revitalisation of land-based practices, languages and the self-determined restoration of Country.
Our practice incorporates historical research examining movements against colonialism and racism for land justice and sovereignty.
