The 2026 National Student Safety Survey has now closed.

Thank you to all UTS students who shared their views through the 2026 National Student Safety Survey (NSSS).

The survey was conducted across Australian universities by independent research organisation Roy Morgan on behalf of Universities Australia. It captured students' perceptions and experiences of sexual violence and harm to help inform prevention efforts, strengthen support services and support continued action across the sector.

Student feedback has helped shape the actions UTS has taken to prevent harmful behaviour, respond to student needs and strengthen our culture of respect, safety and care.

We look forward to the release of the findings in early 2027, which will inform our ongoing efforts to ensure a safe, equitable and inclusive learning environment at UTS.
