The LGBTIQA+ and Ally Career Guide has been created to help LGBTIQA+ people navigate the workforce, and provide allies with advice on how they can support their LGBTIQA+ colleagues in the workplace.
The guide explores the challenges faced by LGBTIQA+ individuals in the workforce, and provides strategies to help resolve these issues, concerns and barriers. It also outlines ways in which people outside of the community can provide allyship, and different practices for creating a safe, diverse and inclusive workplace.
