The purpose of this series of open-access publications is to unite researchers and clinicians in discussing how current research and theory is applied to clinical practice. These short conversations are particularly useful for junior clinicians and students of speech-language pathology. In each conversation, two researchers and two clinicians engage in a short discussion, which ends with a summary from each of them.
