During the past decades, the Australian Stuttering Research Centre has published research dealing with the nature and cause of stuttering, how it affects people throughout life, and therapies for children and adults who have the disorder. Our current core focus is to establish the world’s first internet-based stuttering clinic to deal with the global public health problem of stuttering. We publish our research in a range of scientific journals, covering fields of speech pathology, psychology, linguistics, and phonetics.
