我们现已研发出一套具有应变性的基底隔震系统,可以防止地震、地表震颤、强风或振动等现象产生的侧向力对建筑结构造成损害。

技术

基底隔震也称地震基底隔震,是保护建筑物和桥梁等建筑结构免受地震、地表震颤和强风等现象损害的最为普遍的方式。传统基底隔震系统由于其被动属性,提供的保护十分有限,因为实际的地震类型可能会超出设计配置的考虑范围。

我们的应变式基底隔震系统采用了磁流变弹性体 (MRE),是世界上首次出现的新式系统。它的应变特性来自于 MRE 薄层和薄钢板交叠粘合而成的中央核芯。核芯外面缠绕着电磁线圈,在施加电流的情况下会产生可变强度的电磁场,其磁场强度可以根据地震的具体特性而调节。产生磁场后,系统能够瞬间改变其抗剪刚度和减震特性。

效益

  • 提高建筑结构在各种地震类型中的抗震和适应能力。
  • 根据不断变化的震动传入,即时提供相当大的控制性适应能力。
  • 制造成本相对较低。
  • 可靠且容易控制。

适用情况

  • 处于存在地震风险或需要承受强风条件等位置的建筑物和桥梁。
  • 含有震动敏感设备的建筑物。

状态和 IP 情况

本技术属于 Easy Access IP Licence,可免费提供。现正在寻求合作,合作伙伴可申请技术使用许可,或与研究人员共同进行进一步开发。
