The Brennan Program seeks to strengthen the justice consciousness, idealism and sense of service that UTS Law students bring to their studies and later professional work via volunteer placements.
Community-based assessment projects - work that UTS Law students are already undertaking for assessment can be directed toward community needs, particularly where community groups are under-funded, under-resourced and/or feel disempowered.
Work training placements for people with a disability - this program brings together qualified, skilled people with disabilities seeking voluntary 'on the job' work experience and UTS supervisors who have tasks or projects they would like assistance with.
Community Connections is a free UTS program focused on helping international students to get involved with community events, local volunteering, meeting new Australian friends and more.
