UTS Business School is celebrating an exceptional outcome in the 2026 Top100 Future Leaders Awards.

Nineteen UTS students were named as finalists with thirteen of them studying Business related degrees.

The Top100 Future Leaders Awards is a national program that spotlights high‑performing students who demonstrate outstanding leadership, innovation and early‑career potential. The awards, run by SEEK Grad in partnership with Chandler Macleod, SHL and The Australian Financial Review, are widely regarded as one of Australia’s leading platforms for identifying future graduate talent.

The Top100 Future Leaders Awards offer students the opportunity to build their professional brand, interact with Australia’s leading graduate employers and gain visibility across the recruitment landscape. The awards evening, held annually in Sydney, brings together hundreds of finalists, employers and university leaders to celebrate emerging talent and excellence.

This year’s competition recognised finalists across a range of industry‑aligned award categories, including accounting, management and commerce, sustainability, engineering, technology and more. The high representation of UTS students highlights the university’s continued commitment to developing industry‑ready graduates.
