For UTS: Law courses, credit recognition (CR) on the basis of previous studies may be granted in the form of subject exemptions. CR is not granted on the basis of work experience or TAFE studies. The rules governing credit recognition for UTS: Law courses are published in the undergraduate and postgraduate course information sections of the online handbook. Links to these sections of the handbook can be found below in the Related Links section of this page.
All applications for CR for UTS: Law courses must handled through the Student Centres.
