Compliance and training

The UTS International Counsellor's Manual contains essential information for UTS-appointed student recruitment agents. This manual is for internal use only.

UTS-registered student recruitment agents are required to complete the Education Agent Training Course from Professional International Education Resources (PIER) to become Qualified Education Agent Counsellors. This online course, developed with Australian Education International (AEI) and the Department of Home Affairs, provides up-to-date information about the Australian education system and studying in Australia. UTS expects all counsellors to complete this training.
