Graduation invitation
Graduands are invited to attend graduation ceremonies by conferral. If you're unsure when you were conferred, your conferral date is on your academic record (transcript) and testamur.

Eligibility to defer
If you're unable to attend the ceremony season that you've been invited to, you can defer to attend a future ceremony season. Eligibility applies as outlined below.
You must complete the deferral form in order to be invited to a future ceremony season. When completing the form, you'll be prompted to nominate which ceremony season you wish to be invited to.

If you were conferred prior to or during September 2024, you're no longer eligible to attend a UTS graduation ceremony. Should you still wish to attend a graduation ceremony, please submit an Ask UTS enquiry.
