To find the official shorthand of your degree, use the award abbreviation (sometimes called the award abbreviation or award title abbreviation) listed on your official UTS documents, such as your testamur and academic record. If you need confirmation of the approved award abbreviation for your course, refer to UTS governance guidance on award/course nomenclature or contact the UTS Student Centre.

If you’re providing original UTS documents to DFAT for legalisation (authentication or apostille), you can request to have them stamped and signed by authorised staff when you collect them from the UTS Student Centre. See UTS instructions here.
