Overview
The purpose of this award is to recognise the best performing student in the UTS Graduate Certificate in Professional Legal Practice. Please read the Conditions of Award for full details of the Prize.
Who is eligible
The Recipient must be enrolled in the UTS Graduate Certificate in Professional Legal Practice and have received a result in subjects 75424 Legal and Professional Skills, 75422 Transactional Practice, and 75423 Litigation and Estate Practice in the academic year for which the prize is being awarded.

Selection process
- The student with the highest aggregate mark will be nominated by Progressions, Results &Conferral (LLE) according to the eligibility and recipient selection criteria as provided in clause 4;
- In the event that two or more eligible students have the same highest final mark, a selection committee of a minimum of two (2) people, chaired by the Dean, Faculty of Law (or nominee) will select a recipient based on the specified selection criteria in clause 5;
- The endorsed recipient will then be formally approved or declined by the Dean, Faculty of Law (or nominee) based upon the selection criteria in clauses 5 and 7.
