The purpose of this award is to recognise the best performing student in subject 77715 Banking Law. This award is sponsored by Nicholas Adkins and Lydia McKenzie.

Who is eligible
Students enrolled in a UTS award course who receive a result in subject 77715 Banking Law in the academic year for which the prize is being awarded.

Selection process
This prize will be awarded to the student with the highest final mark in subject 77715 Banking Law in the relevant academic year.
In the event that two or more eligible students have the same highest final mark, the following criteria will be considered:
- Performance in subject 77715 Banking Law outside of formal assessment that demonstrates mastery of and engagement in the subject;
- Whether the student has previously attempted subject 77715 Banking Law;
- Overall academic performance in the student's award course, including GPA, whether the student has failed other subjects, received academic cautions or had a finding of misconduct against them.
