How to accept your scholarship
- Download each of the documents below. Please ensure all forms are completed.
- Complete the relevant sections.
- Ensure each document includes your full name.
- Upload your signed documentation with your full name by no later than Orientation Week. If you are experiencing issues with uploading, please send to FEITScholarships@uts.edu.au with all your complete documents in a combined file or .zip file
If you're are under 18 years of age, you'll need a parent/guardian to sign these documents as well.
