The Bachelor of Business at UTS continues to be the state’s most popular business degree for the sixth year in a row, and also emerged as the second most preferred course overall in NSW for 2023 with 877 students listing it as their first preference to study, according to information released by the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC).

The highly-sought after UTS Bachelor of Nursing also proved popular with students, coming in at eighth place in the UAC list.

The Bachelor of Business degree has been designed to give students a strong grounding in fundamental business concepts combined with the flexibility to customise the course and explore 10 majors, 32 sub-majors, and 5 extended majors, making it one of the most dynamic business courses in Australia.

Amy G, a commencing UTS Bachelor of Business student, says that flexibility was one of the reasons she chose the course.
