UTS graduate employment
UTS seeks to engage our students in creative and inspiring learning that enables them to build strong professional identities, future-focused graduate capabilities and global citizenship.
One measure of graduate success is the rate of employment after graduation. At present, the most reliable measure of employment is based on the results of a national graduate survey, the Graduate Outcome Survey (GOS).
The results below are based on the self-reported labour outcomes from UTS graduates who responded to the 2019 GOS. The survey was conducted approximately four months after completion of the course.
Results are for domestic graduates (Australian-residents only).
|GOS 2019||UNDERGRADUATE||POSTGRADUATE COURSEWORK||POSTGRADUATE RESEARCH|
|In full-time employment||76.8%||86.7%||81.0%|
|Median full-time salary||$60,000||$85,000||$100,400|
|Continuing with further full-time study||$60,000||6.0%||6.9%|
|Headcount of Australian-resident responses||1957||692||79|
