Urban + Computation lecture series coming this Spring
Industry and academic experts from around the world are on their way (via ZOOM) to present their work and showcase the different methods they use to integrate advanced computation in the design of urban environments. Forming a series called ‘Urban + Computation’, the presentations will explore the role of various computational methodologies on both the analytic and generative approaches to urban design.
‘Urban + Computation’ will be held on select Tuesdays throughout September and October, online at 6pm Sydney time.
The series has been organised by UTS School of Architecture academic and researcher Mohammed Makki, as part of the school’s Master of Architecture program. Lectures are open and free to the public.
