Build a mindset for change

Drawing on systems thinking, creativity, cutting-edge insights from neuroscience and futures thinking, learners discover new ways to mobilise resilience and approach collective problem-solving.

This sets learners up to lead new directions for their organisations and catalyse a radical shift in practice.

Through the program, leaders develop the mindset required to imagine a values-led vision, to chart the course and steer people through uncertainty. They emerge confident to thrive in uncertainty, inspire others and spark vitality and innovation in their organisation.
