Research in the School of Human Performance, Rehabilitation and Population Health focuses on improving health, wellbeing, and functional outcomes across diverse communities. It integrates exercise science, physiotherapy, public health, and behavioural science to address chronic disease, injury recovery, ageing, and health inequities. Researchers develop evidence-based interventions, digital health solutions, and prevention strategies to promote active lifestyles and optimise rehabilitation pathways. Strong partnerships with industry, healthcare providers, and communities ensure translation into real-world impact.
