Partnering with field service management software leaders Retriever Communications , Visualisation Institute researchers explored the use of augmented reality to enhance the safety and efficiency of technicians working in the field. This involved the collaborative development of high fidelity prototypes which enabled us to meaningfully evaluate the technology and its strengths and weaknesses in the real world.
